At Kuranda Candy Kitchen, we want to make it easy for you to enjoy our handmade treats, wherever you are in Australia.

Processing & Dispatch

All regular orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase.
Custom Candy orders may take longer – an estimate will be given to you upon receipt of your order.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Metro areas: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Regional areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or unforeseen delays. Kuranda Candy Kitchen endeavour to fulfil your order within these timeframes but do not take responsibility for events that are outside of our control.

We offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping Australia-wide.
In-store pickup is also available from our Kuranda Village location at no additional charge.

Tracking details may be provided by the courier at their discretion. If so, the courier will provide you with your tracking information. Kuranda Candy Kitchen does not offer order tracking directly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect details.
Once dispatched, delivery is managed by the courier service and is outside of our control.
Our candy will not tolerate heat exposure for an extended period of time. While we take care to pack your order securely, we cannot guarantee against melting or texture changes during warmer weather or if parcels are left unattended after delivery.
