Refunds & Returns policy

At Kuranda Candy Kitchen, we want every customer to leave with a smile as sweet as our candy. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your product, whether purchased online or in-store.

  • Items must be damaged, incorrect, or faulty to qualify.

  • Change of mind returns are not accepted.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to return

  • Products can be returned in-store or posted back at the customer’s expense.

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged for return shipping.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your nominated bank account or provided as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Refunds will be actioned once the returned item has been received and assessed.

Exclusions

  • Opened products are not eligible for return.

  • Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Your Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees refunds or replacements for faulty goods.
